The listed areas are where we are regularly, so they get the tightest windows and the shortest lead times on a new door. Thorold, Welland, Niagara Falls, Milton and Oakville come up often enough that the answer is usually yes, just with a longer window. If it is not a job we can do properly, we will say so on the phone rather than after the truck arrives. ## Why the QEW decides everything Almost every area above sits on one road. The shop is in Grimsby, which is the point on that road where a run west into Hamilton and a run east into Niagara are about the same length. That is the honest reason a Stoney Creek call can often be same-day and a St. Catharines call sometimes is not: the difference is traffic, not willingness. It also shapes the work itself.
