## The site is general information

Everything on garagedoorman.ca is written to help a homeowner understand their door and decide whether to call. It is not an inspection, a diagnosis or a quote, and no page here can account for the condition of a specific door. Where a page states a technical fact, the source is linked beside it so you can read the original.

## The quote governs the work

Prices, timelines, models, colours and warranty terms are set in the written quote and invoice for your job. If anything on this site conflicts with your quote, the quote is correct. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract.

## Safety notice

Garage door springs, cables and their fittings are under high tension and can cause serious injury or death. Nothing on this site is an instruction to work on them. DASMA states that spring replacement "should only be performed by a trained door systems technician", and its homeowner inspection guidance instructs building occupants not to remove, adjust or repair doors, springs, or any other door system components, or anything to which they are fastened.
